1. No set of predefined rules and regulations, 2. Job is never secured, 3. Inexperienced management, so they take random decisions that hamper productivity and creativity. 4. An AI company with hardly anyone knows data science, neural network. 5. Inexperienced product owner, he thinks he knows everything and doesn't show professionalism. 6. Egoistic behavior by management. 7. The co-founder has worked at Facebook and doesn't show a positive and encouraging attitude towards his employees.
