Team Outings: While I've suggested the idea of a team outing to HR, there hasn't been any progress on this front. It would be great to have more team-building activities outside the office. Payday Timing: Our payday falls on the 15th of the month, which can be a bit of a stretch for some employees, especially when most EMIs are due around the 5th or 7th. Managing finances during this time can be a challenge.
