Very good organization - UX-UI Designer Quatics Tech Employee Review

Nothing is pro . Employees are threatened and treated badly if they ask for their salary.

In my tenure I gave my fullest and have worked over time almost every day but ended up treated badly because I asked for my salary . The company is drowning in debt and employees are not getting paid but being hired by giving fake promises about compensation. On top of it I got threatened to sign my relieving letter which was stating there's no dues since they held my original marksheet which I thought will be given back to me after verification on the first day of joining . They are totally unprofessional and everything that happens in the company is unethical. Due to CEOs inexperience and the wannabe CEOs ego people are losing their lives . Please be careful before choosing a company to join. There is no agreement or proof for their statement for not paying me they abruptly said they won't pay my base salary . Thankfully I wasn't fooled as much as their past employees who weren't paid for 6 months .

I worked here almost 6 months. Very worst management that getting work from employees and not giving salary for them... Very very worst management. I never recommend anyone to join in this company. They don't have money to run a company and asking employees to work without salary. They have not paid for all their employees last 6 months. Attitude towards employes is very rude. Management people are snakes
