Good Company Bad owner - IT Support Quartet Service Employee Review

I enjoy the culture at Quartet as it's a much smaller company then I am used to so you get to know everyone really well, as well as who is responsible for what. Many individuals have been here a long time so there are many knowledgeable experts always ready to help out. The location is also great being situated right downtown and close to union station as well as the subway. The people are truly what make it great

Although I do love the location I do wish the office were a little larger, seating arrangements could be improved but I do understand the space constraint as we grew shortly after the office move. Thankfully we've not implemented a teleworking program to assist with these constraints.

Good people, smart people. Fun atmosphere, great location.

Led on a whim. Before the "latest & greatest/game changing" innovation that everyone worked hard on is in the market the President will have found a new shiny object and we start again. One person gets full flex hours. Another screamed at if 5 minutes late. Zero consistency from management. No meaningful long term direction.
