Pros
I loved my job and my team. Everyone helped each other and did anything they could to help me. It was a positive atmosphere. Work life balance was great, great PTO, great healthcare for family.
Cons
I didn’t like how depending on when you were hired you weren’t eligible for a raise. I think for a small company you should be eligible on your year mark even though budget is passed in Jan. Some people Have to wait quite awhile before they get a raise.
