Hard working quality people with a vision, especially in the physics and hardware deps. 10 PhDs per square meter.
Cons
Never have I seen middle management so out of touch with current software development practices. They live in the past. You'll be filling out Jira tickets and attend meetings all day - this is a startup, yes? There is no plan for personal growth. Horrible retention rates for the software team prove my points. Make sure to ask around before accepting any offers.
