      There’s not much that’s beneficial here tbh

      Cons

      No ways to grow, hard to get a pay raise, no sick days, don’t get winter/spring break off, manage cares only about what brings in money

      Pros

      Fellow assistant clinicians and specialists work hard at their job and kids are wonderful.

      Cons

      Administration is inconsistent with salaries, constant wave of employees leaving because we are not treated with enough value, entire group of administration is cliquey and gossips about everyone.
