Quantum Capital Group (Houston, TX) is overall a great company, but the Digital Team is ridden with constant drama and struggles under highly questionable and reactive CTO leadership. Decisions are frequently inconsistent, driven more by personal mood swings than by performance or process. Competent, hard-working employees who raise valid questions or compliance concerns often find themselves suddenly offboarded as a result of retaliation, with no proper due process. There is real talent here, but it’s difficult for anyone to thrive when leadership feels both insecure and unpredictable.

Grundsätzlich gute Stimmung mit Associates. Netter Austausch auf Augenebene und interessante Einblicke. Man kann auf jeden Fall mitnehmen, um was es geht.

Der gute erste Eindruck ist leider eine Fassade. Der Kommunikationsweg zu Verantwortlichen ist sehr weit. Praktikanten erhalten verspätet antworten zu ihren Anliegen (bis zu einer Woche). Diese willentliche, verspätete Antworten, insbesondere innerhalb des HR-Prozesses, geben einem das Gefühl etwas zweitrangiges zu sein. Ich empfand es als sehr herabwürdigend.
