Pros
Outsourcing company with very professional colleagues, it is a hit and miss with the projects but a lot more misses lately
Cons
Poor organizational structure, frequent rash decision-making, and a high rate of project cancellations. Job security is lacking, as employees may be let go if not immediately assigned to a project. Additionally, the management team appears disorganized. In short it is a mess.
