      Pros

      There were good work relationships within the company and the job was easy to do and easy to understand.

      Cons

      Company doesn't show interested in their workers. Some people that work at the headquarters for the company is very rude when you call and ask them questions.

      Pros

      They provide free health insurance. I do have more flexibility than other jobs in terms of work/life balance, but I believe that is due to the company I am contracted with through Quantell, not with Quantell itself. Quantell is not as flexible. They are all about money.

      Cons

      The other benefits are horrible. No sick days and you have to work there for a year before you get vacation time. Pay is not the best.
