Pros
The only pro is if you are on the engineering team - then you are treated like gold. Plus you can always get a better job after Quantcast - new employers love it!
Cons
The cons are purely against being in the sales department. It is ran horribly. You are treated like a drone. There are minimum cold calls and emails per day. There is no encouragement and only putting the team down. People are pushed to eat at their desks and to work 12hr days for little to no money. When you walk on the sales floor you will know that everyone is unhappy.
