Cons
Huge disconnect between executive leadership's vision and the rank-and-file's reality. A series of bad appointments across multiple departments have led to a lack of trust and low morale across the company. We still have a ton of smart and hard working people who are doing everything they can to keep Quantcast a must-buy, but on too many days it's an uphill battle with a lack of resources and accountability from the top. A lot of people seem to be looking for a way out.
