Pros

- Catered lunches 5 days a week - Great Health Insurance package - Health and wellbeing programs - Amazing and friendly work colleagues with a good sense of community - Flexible work environment (above average work life balance depending on role)

Cons

- Decisions made by leadership took turns for the worst during the course of 2023 and caused detrimental impact to the team culture and morale. - A company more aligned on pre-sales and limited opportunities towards post-sales teams. Very biased leadership. - Used to have great recognition for good work but due to sudden internal changes this has been reduced significantly and change in management. Going above and beyond and exceeding your individual KPIs is now considered as "meeting expectations". - Promotion processes kept changing constantly even as a high-performer - me and many others have been stuck on the same level for too long. Always seem to have a way to pushback on giving promotions. - Little action made to employee pulses - hardly made an impact to improving the company culture and sentiment. - Salary is considerably below market value in the region

Pros

Enjoy the changes silver lake has made. We are getting more efficient and back to what Qualtrics is really good at.

Cons

A lot of change can be frustrating at times, but necessary

Pros

Fantastic people work there and it's a good place to start your career. The workplace perks are decent, there are snacks and lunches provided at the office. There are also good accommodations for mental health, religious observances, and nursing mothers.

Cons

The company pivoted to "business need" as a reason for promo. Promotions are now seemingly few and far between despite higher level individuals leaving. Recent restructuring has left those still working at the company with less time to do actual client work and more time being spent documenting the work done. ELT doesn't seem to actually listen and instead performs listening theatre.
