Pros

-Good benefits with a competitive salary -Young and energetic work culture -Very clear path for growth and huge leaps in salary from one level to the next one -HUGE expansion and access to resources -If you are offered a position, go for it. But this company was recently bought and they are all after quotas and are willing to lay off anyone to achieve them. Money is not an issue to them, keeping SilverLake happy is.

Cons

-It seems it became too corporate too fast. More than 1/4 of the company got laid off in 2023 -I was offered a relocation package but never received it as I was part of the layoffs. Although they did liquidate me, it still speaks to the executive culture. They would rather pay than develop people. -All of our American colleagues had already been forced to sign their resignation by April. It was pretty odd being trained by people with an expiration date.... them knowing its you who's replacing them. -Before you could apply for a promotion every 6 months, now its every year no matter what.

Enjoy the changes silver lake has made. We are getting more efficient and back to what Qualtrics is really good at.

Cons

A lot of change can be frustrating at times, but necessary

Pros

Fantastic people work there and it's a good place to start your career. The workplace perks are decent, there are snacks and lunches provided at the office. There are also good accommodations for mental health, religious observances, and nursing mothers.

Cons

The company pivoted to "business need" as a reason for promo. Promotions are now seemingly few and far between despite higher level individuals leaving. Recent restructuring has left those still working at the company with less time to do actual client work and more time being spent documenting the work done. ELT doesn't seem to actually listen and instead performs listening theatre.
