Pros

The coworkers - Peers are among the best at supporting/helping. Flexibility - ability to work from home occasionally to support appointments, being sick, are helpful Learning - QT has rolled out a partnership with Udemy to provide free training for the employees. This is a nice way to encourage improvement/learnings.

Cons

Communication - the company has grown so fast, that they're not able to consistently manage the appropriate amount, and how, to share information from top down. Salary - Seems inconsistent, not just for the location, but across multiple locations. Compensation - NO 401K matching No bonuses (although rumors abound that higher ups continue to receive their bonuses while none are provided to others

Pros

Flexible work, basic benefits, dependent on client and direct management. I was lucky to have a wondering team and client.

Cons

Job security isn't present, internal movement unlikely, overall company outlook trending downward. This was a stepping stone role I took after a prior layoff only to have been laid off again.
