Meeting new people from all over the world. Getting some experience in management and sales.
Cons
No matter how much you learn they only seem to promote interns and within corporate. You are always asked to do more then what you was hired for for low pay. They cut hours during slow season and over work you during peak times so the hours are unsteady. They definitely exploit appearances and play favoritism.
