      Pros

      working in the backroom is better than dealing with customers. it is unionized, but not all union representatives are committed. I was able to take time off anytime as long as I communicated.

      Cons

      chronically understaffed. some managers do not care about their employees.

      Good hours, laid back staff, easy work

      Cons

      The union has its pros and cons, low motivation for some of the existing staff and there was little management could do about it as long as they showed up and did the minimum
