Company grew too fast - Pipeline Operator Quality Companies Employee Review

QPM would put our per diem into a company account, we were allowed to use that account to buy groceries. But the company kept the rest of our per diem. QPM has terrible management, they used to be a great company but grew beyond their ability to manage themselves. QPM supervisors and managers were given their positions because they were family or friends of owners or senior managers. QPM refused to provide H2S detectors, told us to get them from the company we were contracted to if we wanted them. QPM refused to provide first aid kits or fire extinguishers in the company trucks.
