Lack of Integrity, Leadership and transparency. Make sure you have more than one offer before to accept theirs. I will press you to sign their offer and they will suddenly rescind their offer while mentioning the use of the "At Will" state a few days before onboarding. If you're thinking about employment with QBE make sure you have a backup option.
