Pros
This review is specific for Ahmedabad Site, - Open culture and easy communication with higher management. - A product company. So one can get deep understanding of core field if placed in proper project.
Cons
- Even though it's product company but feels like service company as high dependency on other site while executing tasks. - New projects are delayed by managements and the team is working on sustainable of old projects only. - No growth in terms of technical abilities. - Management declared that there will be huge hiring in 2017 and employee count will be doubled. However no progress on that so quite unsure about company's plan for growth in India.
