In regards to your advice to management, I wanted to let you know that we have plans for 2017 to help improve this. We will be starting our career path program so that employees can choose the path they would like to take. Employees will sit with the People Team along with the manager to help set these goals, provide a salary structure, and develop a plan for training that will be provided by QualiTest to help them meet this career path goal.
