Pros
Some of the employees are very kind and qualified for their jobs.
Cons
The management as a whole seems to be unqualified for their positions. They have very little managerial education even though they may be qualified and somewhat knowledgable in their individual fields. Management will share confidential information about other employees such as health information and topics discussed in confidence. Some management has blamed other who were not present or are in a lower position than them for their mistakes. Some management has been dishonest during interviews, promising one thing and then asking for something else when you are hired. Some employees are salaried and are being asked to work more than the 40 hrs expected but are not being paid extra. Many policies are not written down and are made on the fly. Sometimes being changed to fit the “needs” at the time. Problem employees are not handled professionally and effectively. Tools/technology to do work are not updated.
