      Pros

      Allows movement between teams rather smoothly. Get to work on latest features of AI, albeit 6ish months after the fact, but still..

      Cons

      Depending on the team you are working you may find poor management with negligible technical knowledge. Some of them can't even come up with a design proposal if their lives depend on it. They will just blame their engineers when something goes wrong and take credit when things go right.

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
