      Too much of politics, Middle management is pathetic and not involved in any technical work. They are there to do politics and help grow their own people.

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
