Pros
Colleagues and Management try to create a good work environment. Mature and Professional behavior. Accommodating to flexible hours and transparent pay bands. There are lots of office events including pizza parties, networking opportunities, and semi-annual team building activities. There are too many things going on to keep track but there are quarterly updates which help contextualize developments.
Cons
Teams working on growth initiatives are burning the midnight oil. WLB isn't good and projects/tasks are done in bi-weekly sprints so there isn't much of any downtime/recovery. Management and seniors are often working around the clock, including late night meetings and messaging at 3:00AM. Upper management is not supportive of WFH either, with RTO mandates disrupting many people's lives. However, other teams and orgs have much better schedules. YMMV.
