Cons
Many benefits are going away or being reduced. For example, stock based compensation is being reduced or eliminated for most people. Healthcare benefits are being reduced from fully covered to partially covered over next 2 years (health savings plan... blah blah blah). Work life balance is absolutely horrific for many people in engineering ranks. Bloated middle management.
