      Pros

      The work hours are very flexible. As a new joinee you will be given proper training and people there are always ready to help. There is nothing like work pressure in qualcomm.

      Cons

      I cant think of much. Its only that your manager would be quiet busy and you will find it difficult to contact them.

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
