      Really great benefits as compared to other companies. Salary is said to be competitive but in san diego there is no competition

      Cons

      not sure if the salary paid in san diego is really enough. bay area salaries might be more competitive. need to look at work life balance and not just work work work.

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
