More recently there has been a change in the ownership and management of the company which has enabled us to ensure that the right management team are driving the company forwards and ensuring that we are continually exploring and developing opportunities in the industry. Innovation is at the heart of what we do, so much so that it is one of the factors that makes up an important set of company values which we ask all employees to demonstrate in their day to day working lives. We are also developing initiatives such as employee suggestion schemes to encourage and explore innovative ideas from those who are at the heart of the business – our employees!
