Pros

Flex time, Decent Commission, if you can meet your lofty goals bonus are good. other sales people I work with.

Cons

Raised yearly Quota by 25%!! No yearly salary increase (not even cost of living) Micro Manager, Too many internal video calls, Salesforce Crazy, Manager that say just call them, but they haven't been on phones in years! it's about the company, not you. declining industry. Way too much paperwork for precall and for final sale. Pricing is marked up to pay a min of 5 levels. Shut down local demo rooms. culture is rough and hard to keep morals intact as it's about winning for Quadient. 3 levels of management. It's a hardware company trying to play in SAAS.

Good benefits and great people.

Cons

Really big company so there are a lot of hoops to jump through if you want to get anything accomplished.

Pros

Lots of great people. Good long term vision. Strong product offering.

Cons

The mailing industry is declining. The company is pivoting to software, but is caught between short term revenue generation and long term profitability. Unfortunately, widespread layoffs of longtime employees in key positions has weakened the company culture and morale.
