Pros
Good benefits, there is a salary plus commission structure. You may be able to negotiate a guaranteed commission draw but if you fall too far behind they cut it.
Cons
The Manager is a selling Manager and has control over the accounts and leads. Accounts disappear from your database without you knowing. High turnover. Hard to make a $30 k quota unless you sell the high end accounts which the Manager and specialist control. They will keep 25% of your commission if you fall under 80% of quota.
