Pros
Set crews and schedule, very stable in all aspects with very little deviation from the day to day activities. Worked for Quad/Graphics for many years and would still be working there if not for the company closure.
Cons
The facility was shut down effective January 1st 2012, putting myself and many others out of a job, the only upside to that was the company offered severance packages to its vested employees.
