Pros
You have the opportunity to experience several different branches of the company, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, etc. This is a great option for someone who does not have a concrete idea of what he or she wants to pursue after college, since it is a rotational position.
Cons
If you are not willing to relocate, this position is not for you. Also, there is no oppurtunity for advancement as long as you're in this position. It is not until you "graduate" when you will see much room for growth. The starting salary does not make up for the effort needed to consistently be relocated to a new department and/or plant location either.
