Pros
Mostly fun coworkers, Always something to do. Optional overtime for most hilo drivers, except during the slow period from june-july
Cons
Management has no real concept of leadership. Sitting behind a desk giving out orders is being a boss, not a leader. Get out on the floor and show the workers how to do something, dont just tell them and then get pissed when its done wrong. Always worrying about overtime, even when it only one person running an integral department of the facility by themselves (as a few of us do). Low pay, Ive been here for 5 years and have only gotten .75 cents in raises from a 6+ Billion dollar company.
