Pros
I have worked at Quad on and off since 1998. The company has always provided for me over the years. In my current position, I have flexibility for family and kids. The pay for me is good.
Cons
When I worked production in the Pressroom, 12 hour days or nights can be hard on you and family. But people make it work and do it. It’s not for everyone.
