Pros

dealing with customers wants and needs on how to save them money through the newest technology in the printing industry. The relationships that i developed with my customers was what made my job.

Cons

one of the cons i would have to say would be the hours - basically you were on call 24 hours a day - 7 days a week when your job was in production.
