Some people are really good and the few good runs keep the company afloat.

Cons

Dysfunctional leadership with active fighting. Constantly changing the companies vision, priorities, etc. and just chasing the next deal instead of building a business. Overloaded management without employees that actually do the work and get in the weeds.

Individual C level leaders need to be the smartest in the room at all times which creates constant issues at the leadership level. Some founders do not have the ability to lead, empower, or delegate without micromanaging and derailing processes they admittedly have no expertise in. Extremely unorganized and a lot of infighting among founders Terrible communication at the leadership level and as a result throughout the organization. Individual and personal agendas from C level typically in conflict with the other C level leaders made it impossible to have consistency in any strategic initiative, plan or expectation.
