      Due to the entrepreneurial nature of the CEO, company's focus and priorities shifted many times throughout the year. Hard to maintain momentum and effort due to a lack of progress.

      Pros

      Fantastic company to work for. I have been affiliated with this company since childhood and recently began my career. It has an amazing workplace environment that is welcoming and conducive to personal growth and work life balance.

      Cons

      The health insurance is very good, but has a high deductible which I know has caused hardship among some employees. However, the managers are fantastic humans who are very accommodating and work with anyone who needs help.
