      Getting out. Product used to be great but really lost its appeal now

      Cons

      Product has lost most of its market share. Clash of cultures internally. A lot of politics. Layoffs regularly

      Pros

      Transparency, work/life balance, everyone here is treated as an adult, autonomy, benefits are great for the USA, people here are very intelligent, kind, honest, and hardworking.

      Cons

      Corporate bonuses are only paid to director level and above. I wish some sort of bonus was paid to everyone.

      -Flexibility to work Remote -Pay is solid

      Cons

      -Unexpected layoffs to performing employees -Losing customers to competitors -Poor management, lack of support
