      Pros

      Benefits are pretty good, money towards staying fit once a year etc

      Cons

      middle management can make unjustified decisions, like using 2 products that do the same thing at the same time because of feelings or put a random manager on top of another manager without experience. Just weird stuff

      Pros

      Transparency, work/life balance, everyone here is treated as an adult, autonomy, benefits are great for the USA, people here are very intelligent, kind, honest, and hardworking.

      Cons

      Corporate bonuses are only paid to director level and above. I wish some sort of bonus was paid to everyone.

      -Flexibility to work Remote -Pay is solid

      Cons

      -Unexpected layoffs to performing employees -Losing customers to competitors -Poor management, lack of support
