Pros

Lots of work, great if you're paid by the hour.

Cons

Compensation: Indoctrinate into their 7-habits of highly effective manipulation while ownership micromanages you to dust. Counteroffer your initial pay because all increases are frozen. Performance bonuses exist as a baited carrot, but the whole of the company must "win" or you all individually lose. Benefits: This employer offers only one: A paltry 40-hours of time off which comes after each year of servitude. No mileage reimbursement, but a monthly stipend is limited to $300/month. The miles you will travel will exceed that amount. You are scheduled to work 45 hours per week, with no lunch. If you ask for lunch breaks, they will happily extend your work day so that you still work 45 hours. Personal worth: Had an accident? You're on your own: They don't even care if you're OK just that you return to work promptly. But in the meantime, "How/when will you make up your lost hours?" Summary: This employer will stagnate your career advancement, offer no training, run up the miles on your vehicle, and limit your compensation. Still desperate to work? Find solace in fast-tracking your skillset for your next opportunity. When it comes time to leave, expect no counteroffer, and no gratitude for your efforts. Don't let the door hit you on your way out: They are already fast at work to replace you with another stranger to their regime.
