      Pros

      Great customers, people are wonderful to work with. The GM is a really good GM. Flexible scheduling

      Cons

      Could pay more on the hour, offer raises and better benefits. The higher people in the company could keep their word. When told we earned prizes for making them more money, they never delivered the prizes.

      Healthy work environment and good opportunity to climb the ranks.

      Honestly, not many cons. When you're good at your job at Qdoba, it is very healthy and easy.
