Access to Senior Management of Supervised Firms, high profile establishment in the City, tax free salary and benefits, decent vacation entitlement and bonus scheme.
Cons
Incompetent upper management starting from the CEO. No communication of strategy or direction. Culture of distrust. Very little recognition of successes or failures which leads to lack of motivation of reasonably capable staff. Asinine and frustrating HR policies with respect to holiday time and contract negotiations.
