      Plant site is very clean and weather is always nice here. Lower tier management is very experienced and supportive.

      Extreme micro Management Impractical approach towards operations Not suitable place for professionals from FMCGs because they are not going to be allowed to implement or make any decisions Pay scales are far from market competitive for similar jobs and designations
