Pros
Generally students are great. Campuses are well-maintained. Pay is good.
Cons
Top heavy management - seriously what do they all do? Lazy staff who regurgitate the same lessons each time a unit is run but complain how busy they are. Zero spending on courses. Timetabling is done poorly without consideration of staff or students. It’s all about the enrolment - absolutely no follow up when students stop attending classes. Buck passing is huge.
