Pros

Company is very committed to serving their people, their leaders, and their customers. The company STRONGLY values giving back and essentially requires 3 to 4 days of paid community service per year. Very pro veterans, former law enforcement, or civil service. This is one of the best companies in terms of office dynamics and treating each other with respect that I have seen. Currently the company is experiencing strong growth so the future is bright.

Cons

Because of the strong growth the pace of work can be very fast and there is always something that needs to done. As we are a young and growing company it can at times feel like we are building the plane mid flight.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and for your transparency! Most of the feedback we receive on PTO is employees wanting to be paid out for remaining PTO at the end of the year instead of the 40 hour rollover cap. Our view on that is that we want people to take their PTO to recharge, especially given our pace as you have noted. That being said, every QTS leader is empowered to support their teams and do the right thing, as we know employees have individual needs and no one policy could account for everything. Pros

The company has continued to find new ways to increase retention. Have a great team and feel supported by management. Just added a new equity program along with already existing stock purchase program.

Cons

Limited amount of work from home days allocated per employee. No car bonus or reimbursement for tolls on commute to work.

QTS recognizes that work flexibility is important and employees are encouraged to utilize all 52 work-from-home days every year. This does not include days when the unexpected occurs, like picking up a sick child from school, running home to take care of an immediate need, falling ill, etc. Thank you for your feedback and contributions to QTS!

Pros

Servant Leadership - Folks will lean in to help you resolve issues. Fluid workflow - There are opportunities to work with other workgroups when you have spare capacity to grow your knowledge/experience into other areas. Rampant Growth - Industry as a whole is expanding very fast. Giving new opportunities for movement Environmental stewards - Leader in sustainable data centers with closed loop cooling. Community driven - Constantly have volunteer opportunities available and actively looking for more Teamwork - From at work, to at home; Your coworkers, managers, and executives actually care about you. They want to know who you are and are genuine in their interactions. CEO's will actively strive to learn your name... so it still has the small company vibe, but it is getting bigger fast.

Cons

Growing pains - Rapid growth and expansion have left some policies in need of polishing/creating. With the rapid growth there is upward mobility that leaves production vacuums behind. Good/Bad - the expansion doesn't appear to be slowing down anytime soon.
