QTS believes that charitable giving encompasses time, talent, and treasure and we strive to balance that across all markets in which we do business. In fact, 72% of all QTS charity recipients in 2022 YTD supported diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
We just announced a new flex program whereby Managers have up to 52 days per year to afford eligible employees the opportunity to work from home. This is in addition to the type of flexibility that QTS has always endorsed in supporting our employees when needs arise unexpectedly. This is considered a pilot and we'll review feedback as it progresses.
QTS also offers many avenues to share feedback (employee surveys, EVP Executive Sponsors, Leadership, Ambassadors, People Services, anonymous feedback loops etc.).
