QTS absolutely is powered by our people and we consider our employees a part of our family. But like any family, there will always be those who choose to look for the negative and refuse to take responsibility for improving their own situation. All of our best ideas come from our people, whether that is management or those 'behind the scenes." If you participated in the Big Idea Challenge, you should know this to be true. We had 90 QTSers step up and share some great and creative ideas ... and nearly half of those ideas are now being considered for implementation of some sort. And we choose to have our leaders respond to Glassdoor reviews because we take them seriously. I hope you are able to either take action to resolve your current situation, or find a better fit for yourself.
