Pros
Coworkers were great. Ownership and partners weren't always realistic in their demands. Enjoyed the work though.
Cons
Workload can be heavy since you’re wearing a lot of hats. Priorities can shift, and there isn’t always a lot of support, so you have to be pretty self-sufficient. Benefits aren't great. Insurance is expensive and no 401K. Not a lot of work life balance.
