The founders remain in the day-to-day business. Given the current size and development of QPLIX, one would have hoped this changes after the recent funding. It would be wise to allow employees to thrive in their positions within the hierarchy and focus more on the strategy, and overall management of the firm, instead of being involved in the day-to-day operations.
